INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
Should you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer services at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will then either send out the correct item to you, or if this is no longer available, offer a full refund.
RETURN OF GOODS - DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which is defect, you should contact us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to provide us with your name, order number and a photo of the defect/goods. If applicable, we will then send you a pre-paid returns postage label for you to return your items to us within 14 days. Please retain proof of postage. Once we receive your returned items we will then, if applicable, refund the purchase price plus any shipping costs to the original payment method.
RETURN OF GOODS (CUSTOMER CHANGE OF MIND)
You may return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your order. If you do wish to return your item(s), you should contact us immediately by email at email@example.com and provide us with your name and order number. The returned items must not have been used and should still be in their original packaging. We recommend you retain proof of postage. Once we receive your returned items in their original condition, we will refund the purchase price for the items to the original payment method. We will not refund any original shipping costs incurred by the customer.
